Challenger Inspection & Maintenance

Our Challenger Maintenance Technicians are factory trained on the Challenger 604/601 and 600 series aircraft. To ensure your jet is serviced by the most qualified technicians available anywhere in the world, recurrent factory training and certification is done at least bi-annually. Our Challenger capabilities include but are not limited to:

• All Calendar, Hourly & Cycle Inspections (Major & Minor).
• Line Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
• 5 & 10 Year Inspections (Challenger 600/601).
• 8 & 16 Year Inspections (Challenger 604).
• Windshield R & R.
• RVSM Maintenance (Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum).

• Mode S (91.413) & Air Data Computer / Altimeter Inspections (91.411).

Learjet Inspection & Maintenance

Our Learjet Maintenance Technicians are factory trained on the Learjet 35/45/55 and 60 series aircraft. We have the technical knowledge and the field experience to help you with all aspects of your maintenance and inspection needs. From a simple tire change—to a comprehensive 12,000 hour inspection—you may rest assured every job is completed to the highest quality control standards. Our Learjet capabilities include but are not limited to:

• All Calendar & Phase Inspections.
• 12 Year & 12,000 Hour Inspections.
• TFE731 LPT Module R & R.
• Engine Change (Lear 35/55 Only).

• RVSM Maintenance (Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum).

• 3000/6000 Hour Landing Inspections.

We hold an FAA 145 Repair Station Certificate for interior refurbishment and specialize in Learjet, Gulfstream and Challenger models.
